It is pointed out that the original claimant is dead and his legal heirs are already brought on record. The Bank guarantee furnished by the deceased while withdrawing the amount of compensation has become ineffective on account of his death. As such, the applicants seek liberty to present a fresh Bank guarantee on their behalf.

Considering the contentions raised, the applicant/s shall be permitted to furnish a fresh Bank guarantee of any Nationalized Bank. Application disposed of.
