PER COURT :- 1.

Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

Mr. Naiknavare, learned counsel, submits that the petitioner be granted leave to amend to challenge the subsequent order of re-fixation also.

In light of that, when the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy, we are not inclined to consider the writ petition. The petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy regarding challenge to the re-fixation before the Tribunal.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs.
