CA No. 9548/2019 has been filed for bringing the legal representatives of appellant on record. The appellant died on 1.6.2019 and survived by the present applicants. The present application is within limitation. The deceased appellant was original plaintiff, who had filed the suit for declaration, injunction and cancellaton of Will in respect of the immovable property.

Under such circumstance, the right to sue survives and, therefore, the applicants can be allowed to be brought on record. Hence, the application stands allowed. The applicants be brought on record immediately.
