Heard learned Advocate Mr. Andhale for the petitioners, learned AGP for the respondent-State, learned Advocate Mr. Karad for respondent No.3 and learned Advocate Mr. Madake for respondent No.4. Though served none for respondent No.5. They have placed on record terms of compromise in the form of affidavit on behalf of the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 and 4, stating that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. As per the terms stated in the affidavit, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have admitted to resolve all civil and criminal matters and admitted to withdraw all the petitions/proceedings including the appeal and other proceedings related to subject matter of this petition. In view the same the petitioners are seeking to withdraw the present writ petition.

The affidavit verified by the petitioners as well as respondent Nos.3 and 4 is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. The parties are present in the Court and they are identified by their respective Advocates.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with no order as to costs. The affidavit filed by the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall form part of this order.
