The applications are filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents/accused by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udgir, District Latur in Cri.M.A. Nos. 126/2024 and 125/2024 vide orders dated 2.7.2024.

The learned APP has produced the C.A. report which is in respect of stomach wash and clothes of the deceased. The C.A. report does not indicate any poisoning.

In view of the same, the applications filed for cancellation of the bail are dismissed.
