This is an application for adding respondent Nos. 11 to 17 at the stage of second appeal on the ground that some of the respondents have disposed of the properties in dispute to these respondents to be added. 2.

The persons to be added have been duly served but except proposed respondent No. 17 none has appeared.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, since the proposed respondents are the purchasers pendente lite, it would be appropriate to allow them to be added in the array of the respondents for the effective decision of the second appeal and in the interest of justice. 4.

The application is allowed as prayed for. Necessary amendment to be carried within two weeks.

After the amendment is carried out issue notice in the second appeal to the respondents to be added as respondent Nos. 11 to 17, returnable on 05.04.2022.
