Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate legal proceeding challenging the impugned order and for execution of decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 74/2018. He also intends to challenge the order dated 19.06.2023 passed by the Trial Court thereby staying judgment and decree till the appeal period is over with liberty to file application seeking withdrawal of compensation amount.
