We have briefly heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

The petitioners submit that their representations dated 28.08.2019 addressed to respondent No.3 / Education Officer (Secondary), need to be decided. Their grievance is as regards transfer from the unaided category to the aided category. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the said representations would be khs/April 2022/10120

- 2 - considered strictly in accordance with the rules and on their own merits.

The learned Advocate for the Management refers to the representation at page No.30 in the petition paper book and submits that the first 4 candidates have already been transferred to the aided category. These petitioners are at Sr.Nos. 5 and 6 and as soon as their turn comes, depending upon the vacancy, they would also be transferred to the aided category and in accordance with the roaster applicable.

Considering the above, the grievance of the petitioners is taken care of by the statement of the Management. The petition is, therefore, disposed off.
