Learned AGP, on instructions from the Law OfÏcer of the Deputy Director of Education, submits that the Deputy Director of Education has passed an order for inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in the Shalartha ID.

Name of the Petitioner shall be included in the Shalarth ID at the earliest and not later than within one week from today. Further process be initiated to release all the consequential benefits to the Petitioner, as early as possible. 3.
