Today, the parties have produced a certified copy of the compromise terms that is filed in the learned Trial Court along with pursis by the wife-respondent No. 1 in this criminal application for withdrawal. In both the proceedings, the learned Trial Court has even passed an order. On the pursis for withdrawal, the learned Judge has made an endorsement on 17.03.2022 recording that the respondent No. 1 has even admitted the contents of the withdrawal pursis and the same is seen and filed. On the compromise terms, the learned Trial Court has endorsed that applicant and non-applicant were present before the Court along with advocates and they were duly identified

In view of this, both the certified copies are taken on record and marked as "X-1" and "X-2" for the purpose of identification. 3.
