In the pending Contempt Petition, this Court is considering whether, the contemnors are guilty and deserve to be punished. This Civil Application is filed for seeking directions to sanction and release the salaries, pay arrears of salaries from 04.08.2016 to 27.08.2018 and further to pay the regular salaries. 2.

We are afraid that such an application cannot be entertained in the contempt of court proceedings. For these reasons, we are not entertaining this Civil Application. The same is disposed off.
