The petitioners assail the show-cause notice issued to them. 2.

In fact, the petitioner had filed reply to the show-cause notice. The show-cause notice is with regard to the approval granted to the petitioners and also claiming recovery of the amount paid. 3.

The petitioners as contended have already filed their reply. The respondent no.3 - Commissioner of Education can take decision upon

W.P.9733/2017 the said show-cause notice. The respondent no.3 - Commissioner of Education shall take decision upon it within a period of two months from today. Depending upon the decision taken, further steps be taken with regard to payment of salary of petitioners. The petitioners and the respondent no.6 are entitled to place the documents on which they rely before respondent no.3. The Education Officer (Primary) shall also produce the record available with him with regard to the approval granted to the petitioners.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Application also stands disposed of. No costs.
