1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the respondent-State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court [Coram : Sunil P. Deshmukh, J.] by order dated 17th November, 2014 permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount subject to furnishing the bank guarantee. The applicant is facing difficulty to arrange bank guarantee, hence, the applicant be permitted to furnish solvent surety / security in stead of bank guarantee. 3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass the following order :-
