Mr. Manorkar, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 5. The learned Addl. G. P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Deve, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Mr. Manorkar, the learned counsel submits that, the work is entrusted to the respondent No. 4. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, his land under gut

2 wp 9398.19 No. 179 of village Bhadji is affected in road widening. The said land is not acquired. The respondent No. 4 has filed affidavit to the effect that the land of the petitioner is not affected in the work carried out by the respondent. The work is carried on the available ROW.

The petitioner may seek joint measurement with the respondent authorities.
