Mr. R. R. Bangar, learned counsel appears for respondent No.1. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.2 to 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working under the EGS and the emoluments of the petitioner are not increased as per the Government Resolutions issued from time to time. The last increase shows that the person who has worked for more than ten years is entitled to get Rs.23,000/- per month. The petitioner has worked for more than ten years and today also the petitioner is getting only Rs.8,800/- per month. The petitioner has filed representations with the Collector. The learned counsel submits that the same are not attended to.

928 wp.10173.21.odt It appears that the petitioner's name is not included in the list of persons, who are being paid emoluments as per their experience and the number of years they have put in. The petitioner has already filed representations with the Collector.

The Collector may decide the representations of the petitioner (pages 83, 84 and 85) and shall take decision considering the various Government Resolutions in force from time to time regarding the payment of emoluments to petitioner. The said decision shall be taken preferably within a period of three months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
