The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is not yet decided. The petitioner is seeking admission to the PG-BAMS course. The validity is to be submitted by 15.12.2020.

The learned A.G.P. confirms that the validation proceeding is still pending.

This Court in Writ Petition No. 3351 of 2019, filed by the petitioner, under order dated 07.03.2019 directed the committee to decide the proceeding within three (03) months. The same is

2 wp 7899.20 not yet decided. Even vigilance is not conducted as contended by the petitioner.

The committee in matters of students is required to deal with the proceedings on priority basis.

5.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 02.12.2020.

6.

The committee shall make an endeavour to decide the said proceeding before 15.12.2020. 7.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
