The facts of the case have been discussed in detail in the order dated 22.08.2022. Considering the allegations levelled against the applicants, interim protection was granted to them. 3.

Learned APP has opposed the application contending that the offence is serious. The applicants were involved in the crime. Therefore, they are not entitled to the anticipatory bail. 4.

Perused the papers produced by the learned APP. The allegations levelled against the applicants are that they were abusing

913-aba-1106-2022.odt (2) the deceased, so he was mentally tortured. Having regard to the role attributed to the applicants, this Court is of the view that the prosecution has no case for custodial interrogation. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(A) The Application is allowed.

(B) Interim protection granted to the applicants by order dated 22.08.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
