He submits that in several other matters this Court has allowed the claimants therein to withdraw the money deposited by the Acquiring Body and even the present applicant may be allowed to withdraw the money subject to the same terms and conditions. He places on record the order passed in Civil Application No. 11882/2016 in FA No. 2163/2016 dated 03.03.2017. 2.
