The learned advocate Mr. Kulkarni submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 9 and 11. 3.

By the order dated 27.08.2021 in Writ Petition No.9176/2021, after hearing the learned AGP the learned Assistant Collector was directed to decide the Revision preferred by the petitioner under Section 23(2) of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act within 10 days from that date. It appears that the learned Assistant Collector had fixed that Revision on that date itself but it was adjourned to 19.09.2021.

In view of the above state of affairs, now the parties shall appear before the learned Assistant Collector on 07.09.2021 and the learned Assistant Collector shall decide the matter finally after hearing both the 1/2

942.WP.9784.21.odt sides. The parties are put to notice that even if they remain absent before the learned Assistant Collector, the Assistant Collector will proceed and decide the matter in the absence of such party. The Writ Petition is disposed of.

The learned AGP to communicate this order immediately to the concerned Assistant Collector and Tahsildar by Fax, E-mail or any other permissible mode.
