ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole appellant Ravindra Sakharampant Patki, who admittedly died on 30th April 2022, by condoning the delay of 19 days. Though the office has raised objection in respect of two names of the deceased appellant on the death certificate, but the learned Counsel for the applicants pointed out that these two names are of the deceased appellant only, since his name was changed after given in adoption.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses-C and D.

The appellant is directed to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
