Learned Counsel for the Respondent-original claimant/s appears and waives notice.
Heard both the sides.
There is delay of 553 days caused in fling the respective appeals against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. The delay has occurred due to completion of administrative formalities, such as approval, etc. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-claimants, though resisted the applications, however, it appears that the applications, seeking condonation of delay, are not resisted by fling any reply.
Thus, considering entire aspects of the case and since the original claimants have been permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation, deposited in this Court by the
{3} acquiring body, delay of 553 days caused in preferring the respective appeals is hereby condoned.
Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and are accordingly disposed of.
