The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a feeding mother. The child is 8 months old. The petitioner has applied to the Chief Executive Officer for transferring her at convenient place. The same is not considered.

We have heard the learned AGP and the learned counsel for Zilla Parishad.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a feeding mother and child is eight months old, the respondent No.3 shall consider the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously and make an endeavour to place the petitioner at the place of convenience in the available vacancies. The decision shall be taken within a period of fifteen (15) days from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, petitioner is also ready for a demotion from the post of Graduate Teacher to Assistant Teacher and the petitioner would not make any grievance for lowering the pay scale. The said aspect shall also be considered by the Chief Executive Officer. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
