The present petition is filed for direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to appoint senior police officer or to transfer the investigation to State C.I.D., in respect of F.I.R. No.0181 of 2019, registered with Yusuf Wadgaon Police Station, Taluka Kaij, District Beed.

The record shows that by earlier Investigating Officer, 'A' summary was already filed. However, at the instance of relatives of the deceased, case was re-opened and investigation was carried out by A.P.I. Atole.

Now the learned APP, on instructions, submits that the subsequent Investigating Officer has also filed 'A' summary report of re-investigation on 29.11.2023. According to the learned APP, the said 'A' summary is under consideration of the concerned J.M.F.C. Therefore, it appears that there is nothing remained in this petition at this juncture.
