Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By this petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of an advertisement dated 25th April 2025, issued by the respondent No.4 - Education Society. It is undisputed that the petitioner is a member of the said society and according to him, the society is being run by a faction, which does not have any authority to do so. It is also to be noted that the petitioner himself has already filed Regular Civil Suit No.129 of 2025, against the respondent No.4 - Education Society, wherein an order has also been passed on 05th June 2025, on an application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).

In such a situation, we fail to understand how the petitioner can invoke writ jurisdiction against the respondent No.4 - Education Society in the context of the subject advertisement. 4.

It is for the petitioner to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law, but, no case is made out for entertaining the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
