Perused the petition. We do not find any reason to cause interference in the matter. The Deputy Executive Engineer, Ahmednagar, Irrigation Division, Ahmednagar, vide order dated 02.02.2015, has refused the identical request made by petitioner on the ground that the respondent was not kept in police custody for a period more than 48 years nor the complaint lodged against him relates to any offence under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act. There appears to be no error in the order passed by the Deputy Executive Engineer, Ahmednagar. The petition is misconceived hence stands rejected.
