On 04.08.2022, we had recorded the objection of the learned AGP who pointed out that Petitioner No.1 - Shivaji Baburao Shinde and Petitioner No.3 - Rajendra Rambhau Dhatrak, had preferred an independent Petition. Hence, we directed the learned Advocate to delete those 2 names from this Petition as they had already espoused their cause through another Petition. 2.

By this Civil Application, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the

2 ca 12749.2022 above stated 2 persons had prepared a Writ Petition copy which was served on the office of the Government Pleader. However, the said Petition was never filed in the Court and is not filed even today. He submits on instructions that these 2 persons would not be filing a separate Petition and prays that their names be restored in the present Petition.

The learned AGP submits that the statement of the learned Advocate be recorded. 4.

In view of the statement made before the Court, that this Civil Application is allowed. Order dated 04.08.2022, stands recalled. The names of these 2 Petitioners namely, Shivaji Baburao Shinde and Rajendra Rambhau Dhatrak be added to the cause title within three (03) weeks.

List the Writ Petition on 14.11.2022, in the urgent category.
