In view of amendment in Bombay City Civil Court's Act, 1869 by the Bombay City Civil Court's (Amendment) Act, 2015 dated 29-07-2015 and circular bearing No. Rule/P-3601/2015 dated 01-09-2015 issued by the Registrar (Judicial-I), High Court at Bombay as regards enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court upto Rs.1 crore for transfer of First Appeals to the District Courts, present matters be transferred to the concerned District Court.
