) PER COURT :- In pursuance to the directions issued by this Court on 2.8.2016, the petitioner has undergone medical examination, with a view to assess the percentage of disability. The Medical Board has certified that, the disability incurred by the petitioner with prosthesis is 46%. The copy of the revised disability certificate is placed on record and marked 'x' for identification. Considering the revised certificate issued by the Medical Board, the petitioner is eligible to be considered from amongst the

It is informed that, the first round of admission process is over and the list of eligible candidates during second round is likely to be published on Monday. Since the petitioner is found eligible from amongst PWD category (persons with disability), she shall be considered for admission from amongst the aforesaid category on the basis of her individual merit.
