Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. The respondents No. 2 and 3 are absent despite due service of notice on them.

Perused the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has taken into consideration the absence of the serious allegations of commission of rape in the first complaint filed by the present applicant. In that view of the matter, the order of granting anticipatory bail cannot be called as perverse one. The present application is, therefore, dismissed.
