PER COURT:- 1] Civil Application is filed praying for condonation of delay, and for recalling of the order dated 30th April, 2015 passed by this Court.

2] It appears that, this Court on 30th April, 2015 passed conditional order and since the conditions stipulated in the said order were not complied with, hence, Petition is dismissed.

3] The learned counsel appearing for the applicant, relying upon the averments made in the Civil Application, submits that, Petition may be restored to its original file by condoning the delay.
