The application is filed for condonation of delay of 601 days caused in filing application for restoration of the writ petition by which registration was refused by the learned Registrar Judicial of this Court. In view of the contentions made and the submissions made by the learned counsel, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of learned Registrar Judicial is hereby set aside. The matter is restored to it's original stage. 2.
