In both these petitions we find that the Respondent No.3 - Education Officer has forwarded the proposals concerning the petitioners for grant of Shalarth ID as per communication dated 21.02.2025 addressed to respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education. 2.

It is also recorded in these communications that the deficiencies pointed out to the respondent No.4 - Management have been cured and in that light appropriate orders may be issued by the respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education.

The learned AGPs represent respondent Nos.1 to 3, the respondent No.4 is Management and respondent No.5 is the School in which the petitioners are employees.

In view of the material placed on record, these petitions can be conveniently disposed of by issuing appropriate directions. 5.

In the light of the material brought to our notice, respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the communications/proposals dated 21.02.2025 addressed by respondent No.3 - Education Officer to the said respondent concerning grant of Shalarth ID to the petitioners herein. The respondent No.2 shall pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
