Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Regular Civil Appeal No.249/2013 is ready for final hearing before the Lower Appellate Court alongwith the paper book. Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submits that, the respondents would not press for delivery of possession in the pending execution petition, if, this Court directs the Lower Appellate Court to decide the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of THREE MONTHS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has also accepted the same.

In view of the above, the Lower Appellate Court is hereby directed to dispose off the pending Regular Civil Appeal No.249/2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of THREE MONTHS from the date of this order and, till then, as per the above statement, respondents would not press for delivery of possession in the pending execution petition. 4.
