The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate in C-Form. The same is submitted to the Scrutiny Committee, however, certificate is required to be issued in B-Form. The Committee be directed to issue attested copy.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 3.

The Committee may issue attested copy of the tribe certificate filed by the petitioner in C-Form. The petitioner shall submit the said attested copy of the tribe certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer, Amalner, Dist. Jalgaon. On receipt of the application along with attested copy of tribe certificate, the Sub Divisional Officer, Amalner shall issue the tribe certificate to the

2 wp 7910.20 petitioner in proper form within a period of seven days. On receipt of the copy of tribe certificate in correct form, the petitioner shall submit the same to the Scrutiny Committee within a period of seven (07) days. On receipt of tribe certificate in proper form, the Committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of filing of certificate.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
