The learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions submits that the petitioners pray only for a direction to the respondent-Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, to decide their pending representations and this petition can be disposed of. They are praying for posting in the local areas in the region, which is demarcated as the PESA area, as they are local tribals. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. 5.

We expect that the Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, will decide the pending representations of these petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31.08.2023, in the light of the Government resolutions dated 05.03.20215 and 23.07.2018, by taking into account the laws/policies applicable and the vacancies available.
