ORDER :- 1.

Petitioner impugns the inquiry report dated 15.7.2024 submitted by respondent NO.2 in respect of the Departmental proceeding initiated against him. Admittedly, the inquiry report is now submitted to the disciplinary authority and petitioner can make his representation in respect of the inquiry report.

Petitioner shall be at liberty make such representation and the disciplinary authority would be under obligation to consider contentions of petitioner made in representation as per the provisions of Maharashtra Civil Services. (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. In that view of the matter, there is no reason to entertain the writ petition. 3.
