It is undisputed that the Petitioner has an alternative remedy to challenge the impugned order before a Committee set up as per Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024. In that light, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and to exhaust the said alternative remedy.

Perusal of the said Government Resolution shows that an appeal before the Committee can be filed within 30 days. In the interest of justice, we direct that, if the Petitioner files the appeal within two weeks from today, it shall be treated as having been filed within limitation and
