The impugned judgment and Order of conviction of the revision applicant-accused dated 22.3.2016 in SCC No.3060/2015 passed by learned JMFC, (Court No.13) Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 304A and 338 of IPC, which has been confirmed by the judgment and order dated 21.11.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-5, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No.75/2016, are hereby set aside.

The revision applicant be set at liberty, if not required in any other offence.

Fine amount, if paid, be refunded to the revision applicant.
