The petition seeks mandamus to respondents to record names of petitioners No.1a to 1c as partners of petitioner No.1 firm in respect of Plot No. G-47 in the Additional Jalgaon Industrial Area.

Mr. S.S. Dande, learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 4, on instructions, states that application filed for said purpose would be decided by the authorities in accordance with law, rules and guidelines framed by the
