Learned AGP appearing for the appellant states that he has received instructions to state that the award of compensation challenged in the present first appeals, looking at its magnitude, is covered by government resolution dated 03-11-2016 and subsequent government resolution dated 23-02-2017.

Aforesaid government resolutions dated 03-11-2016 and 23-02-2017 are taken on record and collectively marked as "X" for identification.

In view of aforesaid instructions and applying the analogy from the government resolutions referred above, it does not appear that the appeals carry any force and are likely to carry any purpose further.

First appeals, are, therefore dismissed.
