Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.231 of 2023 registered with Anandnagar Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offence punishable under Sections 306 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant was allegedly in love affair with the deceased. It has been alleged against her that she along with the coaccused were blackmailing the deceased. Hence, he committed suicide.

The papers reveal that the deceased had an affair with the present applicant. However, he had suspicion that the present applicant had affair with the co-accused. Therefore, he felt sorry and
939-ba-1247-2023.odt (2) went into the shock. Lastly, he committed suicide in a rented room. The alleged suicide note has been recovered. The evidential value of the said chit shall be tested during the trial. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. She is a young girl having no antecedents. Therefore, her detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) The applicant, Manisha d/o Shankar Shinde, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that she shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.
