The trial in the present case has already commenced. The earlier application bearing Criminal Application No.510 of 2013 was dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of above, in my opinion, no case for grant of bail is made out. Criminal Application stands rejected.

It is informed by learned A.P.P. that the trial is likely to be completed within a period of three months from today. The statement is accepted.
