The petitioner has put forth an innocuous prayer at clause 'B' as under :- (B) By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 i.e. Hon'ble Minister Co-operative and Textile Department Maharashtra State Mantralaya Mumbai to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 12.03.2021 within four weeks from the order of this Hon'ble Court and for that purpose issue necessary order.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP. Since the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending adjudication from 12/03/2021, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 authority to decide the pending appeal after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to the contesting litigants, within a particular time frame. The learned Advocate for the petitioner is agreeable.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 to issue notice of hearing to all the parties involved in the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 12/03/2021, expeditiously. The said proceedings shall be decided by respondent No.2, on or before 30/11/2022.
