PER COURT :- Perused the order impugned in the instant petition. The petitioner is neither the Member of the Trust, nor can be treated as a person having interest in the affairs of the Trust. It is informed that the children of the petitioner are taking education in the school, operated by respondent Trust. This fact itself does not bring the petitioner within the ambit of 'interested person', as defined under the provisions of Section 2(1)) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act. The order passed by the trial Court does not call for interference, in exercise of jurisdiction under article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Petition is devoid of substance and stands dismissed. ( R. M. BORDE, J. ) vbd
