This Court under order dated 13.09.2019 granted interim relief of stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and award subject to depositing entire decreetal amount on or before 17.12.2019. It was stipulated that in case the decreetal amount is not deposited on or before 17.12.2019, there shall be no stay and no further extension will be granted. 2.

It reveals that the applicant-Acquiring Body did not deposit decreetal amount for compliance of the order passed by this Court. Therefore, there is no propriety to keep present applications alive on board for further process. Hence, applications stand disposed of.
