However, the approved rosters are not placed on record to conclude that the posts meant for reserved category are not filled in. The petitioner is required to substantiate his contention of the non fulfillment of the reserved posts with some record. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks some time. The petitioner may file a fresh petition if he gets all the necessary details about non filling of the reserved posts. In that regard all contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
