ORDER :

This petition can be disposed of on a short count as the only prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, is that his application dated 24 December, 2018 for appointment on compassionate ground has not been decided and the same may be directed to be decided by respondent No. 4 expeditiously.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 had sought time to file reply. However, looking to the fact that the prayer is only for a direction to decide the application expeditiously, we do not find that the reply of respondent No. 4 is necessary.

In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing
