The learned counsel submits that the Competent Authority, Maharashtra Samrudhi Mahamarg has directed the Deputy Superintendent, Land Record, Aurangabad to inspect the land on 28.05.2019. However, no steps are taken by respondent no.4 as yet.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 4.

In case, the matter is pending with respondent no.4 pursuant to the letter dated 28.05.2019 (Exhibit-D, Page No.23) issued by Competent Authority, Maharashtra Samrudhi MahamargS.D.O., Aurangabad in respect of Gut No.64/2

(2) 990-wp-9115-2019 situated at Mouje Karanjgaon, then respondent no.4 shall take effective steps with regard to the said letter dated 28.05.2019 (Exhibit-D, Page No.23) expeditiously and preferably within a period of two

(02) months.
