Mr.Nimbalkar, learned counsel on instructions of Mr.S.N.Jagtap, Education Officer

(Primary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, who is present in the Court makes a statement that Education Officer would withdraw the impugned order in the petitions and shall accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner.

As far as salary grants are concerned, considering the fact that the order refusing approval to the appointment of the petitioner is withdrawn, the Education Officer shall again process salary bills of the petitioner on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months.

In view of the said statement, nothing remains for adjudication in the Writ Petitions. 4.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
