By an order dated 11/10/2019, this Court had sought a report with regard to the conduct of the bailiff since it was prima facie found that he had erred in not serving the respondent husband despite the detailed address being mentioned. The learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division,
p1-mca-169-19.odt Aurangabad has submitted a report dated 18/11/2019 indicating that the bailiff had faultered in not properly serving the notice on the respondent. I have also perused the report of the bailiff dated 14/11/2019 in which he states that has committed an error and henceforth would be cautious while serving Court'
s summons.

As such, the learned Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad shall follow the appropriate procedure and issue a strict warning to the said bailiff Shri R. A. Perkelu and take an entry in his service book.
